Although, when he read the message on his plane after finishing the Europe Day festival in Europolis, he was confused on what it might mean. Although, he hoped that it was something that would ensure Leagioan neutrality should war break out between Reitzmag and Inciumis as he was becoming deeply concerned with the passing of the Treaty of Telum. Although, the Commonwealth had not given a offical opinion about as he did not want to drive Leagio into the situation that was brewing. A war of the scale that could happened with the signatory nations of treaty and Reitzmag was not a situation that the Commonwealth needed to get in.

Hopefully, this meeting of a number of the representatives of some the nations of Europe would be helpful. Although, he was glad the ratification of the Treaty of Tullion was made through, the Senate were going to vote on the Treaty of Hampton City but the ratification of it was not going to go through.
