Copala City wasn't built in a day. In fact, it's not even built.

Copala City is a tent settlement located on the coast of the idyllic Caspian Sea. Copala City is currently housing Inquistan Orthodox refugees who were displaced following the bombing of the former East Moreland. Inquistan Orthodox citizens across Reitzmag are being encouraged to move to Copala City and help the refugees establish a haven for all Inqusitan Orthodox people. The site is also the primary focus of Inquista's humanitarian and commercial investments as part of the Air Marshal Plan.

Copala City is open to everybody and all people are welcome to help build the city into a prosperous seaside metropolis.

The Air Marshal Plan mandates that Inquista will spend several hundred billions in building Copala City, including much of its infrastructure. Inquista has introduced tax credits to Inquistan investors who invest in or create businesses in New Moreland. It is encouraged that other countries do the same. The Inquistan Orthodox Church has also introduced the Air Marshal Copala Grant, which will pay-off all student loans to any European citizen who has graduated from university within the last five years and has established a business in New Moreland for more than two years.

Inquistan investors are committed to establishing essential services in the area, namely of which include casinos, resorts, theme parks, nightclubs and bars, hotels restaurants, ports, yacht clubs and beach clubs. However, Inquistan investors cannot do it alone! It is encouraged that the international community invest in Copala City's soon-to-be burgeoning tourism industry.

TD: "Operations, assets, and contractual obligations of Trondheim-Dominion Bank of Copala City will be transferred to the Bank of Copala City effective immediately."

FremetiaBank: "Liquid assets of the Bank of Copala City will be transferred to FremetiaBank of Angleter Ltd (aka FremetiaBank-Angleter) effective immediately. Concurrent transactions performed through the Bank of Copala City will be conducted through FBX (The Fremetian Block Exchange) indefinitely. Domestic accounts (accounts opened by individuals in Copala City) will continue to be held by the Bank of Copala City. Foreign and high-level operations will be transferred to FremetiaBank-Angleter by 5 April 2021. Branch service operations will cease 1 June 2021. BCC offices, operational headquarters, and employees will be transferred to operational centres in Angleter as part of FremetiaBank-Angleter. BCC will continue to offer its broad range of services in Copala City and throughout the Caspian Region, but will maintain no more than the regulatory minimum of operations in Copala City for the forseeable future.
